SI interviews Sylvie Cazes, President UGCB

Reva Singh of Sommelier India interviewed Sylvie Cazes, the President of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux on her recent trip to India. This was her first trip to the country as president and she led a delegation of 33 châteaux from among 132 members. Founded in 1973, the UGCB is a voluntary association of grands crus estates in the finest appellations with the same high standards of quality. The interview was conducted at a special walkaround tasting hosted at The Oberoi, Gurgaon on May 26th. Watch the video interview
