In his own words: Henri Lurton on Brane-Cantenac 2010

Since the start of the magazine, this is the first year the publishers of Sommelier India will not be present in person at the En Primeur Tastings in Bordeaux. However, readers will not be short-changed. If, anything, we hope to provide you even better coverage, although it may lack the special flavour of a firsthand report.

Since we can’t be in Bordeaux, Bordeaux has come to us in this instance by way of a video clip from Château Brane Cantenac in which the proprietor of this illustrious Second Growth house, Henri Lurton describes the special features of his 2010 vintage.

Our very first introduction to Bordeaux was through a chance meeting with Corinne Conroy at the London International Wine Fair when we had just started the magazine and were still a little wet behind the ears!
